| At Ergen & Sharif, we are registered to the highest level of registration with the OISC (level three) which allows us to undertake advocacy work and to represent clients before the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (AIT).
We understand that the Home Office and British High Commission can often make erroneous or unfair decisions and that the process of appealing can seem long and frustrating. Our experience is our advantage. We can help overturn these decisions before the AIT.
In the case of an entry clearance refusal, we can send a review to the entry clearance post that refused the visa asking them to reconsider their decision. If they refuse to overturn their decision, you can proceed to appeal to the AIT. We can represent you in an appeal regardless of whether we assisted you with your initial application.
Our aim to provide high quality services ensuring that every case is fully prepared and that all deadlines are met. We recognise that we can achieve success through mutual co-operation combined with our expertise and diligence.
