Entry clearance is a term referring to people who require visas to enter the UK. Nationals of the European Union will not require a visa to enter the UK.
Applicants will need to apply at the British Embassy or Consulate in their country of citizenship or at the nearest British post available. They will need to complete the relevant VAF form which can be found from the UK Visa’s website or from the British Post overseas. They will be required to adduce identification, 2 passport sized photographs and they will have to pay the relevant fee.
