Applicants who have passed but subsequently lost their life in the UK test certificates should note that electronic records of the certificates are kept on the Home Office systems. The test centres do not issue duplicate copies for applicants who have lost or misplaced theirs.  

When applicants pass their life in the UK test, they are issued with pass notification letters which they must present to the Home Office upon applying for settlement. Home office guidelines state that where the certificate is not available, electronic records will suffice.
