Tier 1 and Tier 2 Points Based System -Approved English Language Tests

Migrants coming to the UK to undertake skilled or highly skilled work must, in most cases, provide evidence to demonstrate that they have a sufficient level of English. One way in which applicants can show this is by providing evidence that they have passed a recognised English language tests which meet the UK Border Agency standards. There are currently two lists on the UK Border Agency website (at the time of writing) which provide details of the approved language tests.
