Where a recognised refugee (with limited leave to remain in the UK) has a child in the UK, she can apply for the child to be brought in line with her status in the UK by applying on form FLR (O) (further leave to remain). There is no application cost as this will fall under a fee exemption under section 5 (d) of the Immigration and Nationality (Cost Recovery Fees) Regulations 2007.
