Anwar Ahmed
Anwar graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Buckinghamshire University in law and joined Ergen and Sharif in January 2011. He is currently studying the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School, where he also undertook pro bono work as a student advisor on Employment matters.
During his studies, Anwar has also volunteered as a casework support worker for the Citizens Advice Bureau.
He assists the directors in carrying out legal Research, Drafting letters as well as carrying out general administrative and clerical work.
Joshua Garry
Joshua is about to commence his final year of BA History at Queen Mary’s University. Joshua has just started his placement at Ergen & Sharif. He intends to develop a greater understanding of the legal profession and immigration law. He is looking forward to assisting the directors in legal research, preparing bundles for court, attending conferences with counsel in chambers and attending Tribunals. In terms of a future career, he is still considering his options, but believes the experience he will gain from his placement will help him in his future choices.
